My Collaboration Process with Planners
1) Share the Wedding Details
You provide the wedding date, venues, estimated guest count, and a brief overview of the couple’s aesthetic and priorities by filling out my questionnaire.
2) Proposal & Booking
I confirm availability and prepare a tailored proposal. Once the couple approves and signs, their project is added to my design calendar.
3) Creative Direction
We align on color palette, artwork, printing methods, and suite components. I reference your design plans and inspiration boards to ensure cohesion.
4) Custom Design & Proofing
I create the artwork and design, then share digital proofs. You’re welcome to review alongside your couple or simply stay updated at each milestone.
5. Production & Assembly
Upon approval, I manage printing, assembly, and all finishing details such as ribbon, wax seals, or curated postage.
6. Mailing & Day-Of Delivery
Invitations are mailed directly to guests or shipped ready-to-send. Day-of items arrive in advance of the wedding weekend, packaged and organized for seamless setup.
